Service Agreements
Ghio Consulting LLC provides professional consulting and business support services under individual engagement agreements. Each engagement defines the specific scope, deliverables, and payment terms.
Refund Eligibility
Services rendered are non-refundable once delivered. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and address any dissatisfaction through the following process:
- Initial Consultation. If, following the initial consultation, a client determines that our services are not the right fit, no charges apply.
- Ongoing Engagements. For monthly retainer engagements, clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current month of service.
- Project-Based Engagements. For fixed-scope projects, refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis for undelivered milestones only, provided the client has fulfilled all obligations under the engagement agreement.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to business@ghio-consulting.com within 14 days of the disputed charge. Requests must include:
- Client name and business;
- Invoice or transaction reference;
- Detailed reason for the request.
Response Time
We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in termination of services and legal action.
